Conversion of Commercial Space into Apartment

A former commercial space was to be transformed into an attractive, modern rental apartment. The focus was on creating a spacious atmosphere and a high-quality, timeless kitchen.

Implementation: We developed a Scandinavian-inspired interior design concept and created visualizations highlighting the generous living area. The kitchen was designed in white with Neolith "Mont Blanc" surfaces and stylish black accents. Modern technology, LED lighting, and premium materials provide a bright, functional space. We also developed the electrical plan for the project.
