NOOANÇA, the marketing and interior architecture studio based in Staad, was commissioned to handle both the interior renovation and the development of the new website for the property at Hauptstrasse 78 in Rorschach. On behalf of the owner, the building was fully refurbished, newly furnished, and adapted to meet today’s standards for modern work environments.
Clear design, thoughtful spaces
NOOANÇA was responsible for the planning, execution, and furnishing of the interior spaces. This included new floorplan concepts, material and furniture selection, and the coordination of all surfaces and finishes. The goal was to create a functional, high-quality environment offering flexible and contemporary workspaces for a range of companies.
One building, multiple design solutions
In addition to the shared spaces, several tenant units were individually designed. Multiple companies benefit from a custom-tailored interior concept by NOOANÇA right from the moment they move in.
PORT78: Prime location, modern infrastructure
PORT78 features twelve office units tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises. The building is located directly at Rorschach’s harbour train station, just a few steps from Lake Constance. UBS remains a long-term tenant in the building following the renovation. Additional office spaces are available.
